How we built it

  • 01Recognizing the massive friction in modern recruitment, Syncaai engineered HireSync from the ground up as a dedicated AI Agentic Hiring platform designed specifically for growing companies and job seekers.
  • 02We built the platform to move the entire hiring pipeline from a manual workflow to an AI-mediated system. At the core is the HireSync AI Agent, which instantly parses uploaded resumes, scores them against job requirements, and provides real-time evaluations. Instead of recruiters conducting endless screening calls, the AI Agent conducts the Live Real humane interviews, objectively shortlisting only the highest-precision matches. The Next.js dashboard provides recruitment analytics and pipeline automation, allowing teams to hire at scale without the administrative burden.

  • The primary challenge in building an AI recruitment tool is maintaining a human-centric candidate experience while heavily automating the backend operations. Candidates hate black-box ATS systems. We solved this by designing a transparent "One Profile" flow where candidates upload a resume, see it parsed instantly, understand their match percentage, and engage in a responsive AI interview that feels dynamic rather than robotic.

Results

  • HireSync has transformed talent acquisition for candidates and companies. By treating recruitment as an engineering and automation problem, we successfully built an AI SaaS platform that removes the friction of manual screening. Recruiters now focus solely on closing top-tier talent, while AI agents handle the heavy lifting of sourcing and evaluation. Today, an increasing number of enterprise partners and top-tier candidates rely on HireSync daily. To support this rapid adoption, our Product Team is continuously refining the AI models, expanding the feature set, and optimizing the platform to ensure we stay at the cutting edge of smart hiring.
  • Almost immediately upon launch, HireSync demonstrated real-world market fit. Within the first phase, we successfully onboarded 80 to 100 active job seekers and partnered with early enterprise adopters who integrated the platform to streamline their hiring pipelines.
